How to pronounce “one iron” in English

So, this is a picture of me at the Iron Man several years ago.I try and do one marathon and one Iron Man a year.For those of you who don't do Iron Man, you don't have to do the Iron Man but if you're interested, it's about a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and then a marathon.
