So an ombudsman is essentially a student who is elected.

And an ombudsman basically is charged with settling small disputes between students.

They actually have something called ombudsman and beddies officers.

So one of them is to hire an ombudsman, who would be an independent, safe person, maybe even anonymously, that you would go to.
