have to motivate. They have to motivate us how desperately they need such a service, because another demand of such is service is anyway huge. And so neediness and, at the same time, minimal chance of dropout from the program these are our main criteria while short-listing for admitting into Parivaar.
Because the minute you do that, you feel a surge of confidence. Imagine going into your conversations from a place of confidence instead of a place of neediness or desperation. You will have different results.
Yeah. Do you find that that's true or do you find by being your true self in full, you have the most access to new people and new ideas? I think when you're authentic, and you're not in the clutch of fear and neediness , and feeling the need to be in a transactional mode with someone you don't know at all, that's a position of vulnerability, to be sure.
