All of us who formed that kind of wave of people who made that move were surprised by the extent to which this country that had seemed kind of immovable before to us, was more moveable and more dynamic than America, for example, a lot more moveable and dynamic than America. America now feels to me to be a very kind of aging, stagnant country and I never could have imagined that it would be India that would make America feel like that to me. But
audience #1: OK, so I was interested in your discussion of the feature wars in the early days of printing with moveable type. Can you tell us about any innovative features introduced in that time that didn't work out and that we don't remember today?
I think, I could think of professors back in history class that would say that everything that we're experiencing now is a version of what we used to experience only worse. I mean, when you think about the impact that things like Gutenberg's Bible and moveable print and all that sort of things have, I mean, it's a similar vibe, if you will. A similar destabilization of the way things were, and a lot of people wondering about what this means for us. This is obviously, you know, amplitude-wise far above anything we've ever had.
