Momofuku is this tiny little restaurant group that started in the East Village about seven years ago by Dave Chang, the chef/owner of the Momofuku restaurants.
Momofuku Milk Bar opened next about three years ago in November.

And Momofuku Ando, the man who invented instant noodles has like a super compelling story.
