Jordan Metzl: So some general concepts and what I'm after in this kind of book and video is a lot about what is called functional training.
Jordan Metzl: Sure. So basically inflammation is both a good thing and a bad thing.
Jordan Metzl: I'm not at all, I think basically for longer stuff I guess there's what I do and what I say.
Jordan Metzl: So, that's a great question and the answer is that I generally find people are the most compliant with their exercise prescription if they like what they're doing.
