Eventually, they decided they would be much more comfortable if we started working with veterans instead of active-duty soldiers.

And he came to be the MD of that side of our business, and that was the best decision we've ever made.
That's when you like an MD .
So you're technically an MD , but you don't really feel like one because there's so much responsibility and you're just learning everything.
