Mauro, why don't we get started?
MAURO F. GUILLEN: Yes, so Lisa, I was teaching about seven or eight years ago.
MAURO F. GUILLEN: Yeah, so lateral thinking, I think, is the single most important message in the book.
MAURO F. GUILLEN: Yeah, so that's, Lisa, precisely the first step in my methodology in terms of trying to understand what the future might bring.
