How to pronounce “manliness” in English

Every time I went into a room, I had to put on an extra layer of manliness to try to get a job so that I could eat.

I mean, when people ask me, like, if I'm manly or what do I think about manliness, I say, I'm the sissy in my family.

I was thinking about doing a British, stiff upper lip, drinking tea while the bombs are falling kind of manliness.
