How to pronounce “level out” in English

So the dog getting up, the window creaking, the you know the car driving by and so it can kind of cancel thatnoise level out. How come I can have like a great night's sleep listening to a podcast falling asleep whereas mypartner can't? She needs silence and I I I almost feel like I need to listen to something to fall asleep.
