How to pronounce “irishness” in English

So the point really is that, even though those undocumented Irish in the '80s, they were thousands of miles from home, not really able to integrate in mainstream American culture--at least there were some constraints on that-- they nevertheless, maintained a very strong high identification with their sense of Irishness, but alsowith their sense of home.
