So first of all, when you hydrogenate an oil, it creates trans fats.

And then less obvious names-- dextrin honey, hydrogenated starch, molasses, sorghum.

So I'm going to tell you-- hydrogenated lard, partially hydrogenated lard, hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil.

And then the worst is fried food when you have those trans fats, which are hydrogenated oils.

And I don't care if you're paleo or vegan, nobody should be eating hydrogenated fats.

Third, refuse to buy anything that lists high fructose or hydrogenated in the ingredients list.
