Of course Apples is not a start-up, I'm not so naive as to think that it is; there are many elements of the company that behave just like any big business anywhere.But where it's relevant, where Apple decides that it's going to create something new and do something fresh, it manages to hive off an area and let a relatively small group ofpeople behave as if they are at a start-up.
