In terms of Hantz Farms, it's a little bit more complicated than that, because Hantz lives in town.

But have you seen organizations like Hantz, which are privately-funded organizations, interested in buying land in neighborhoods?

I'm curious, too, more specifically as you've seen things in the neighborhood change, so does anybody here know the name Hantz Bank, Hantz Farms at all?
