How to pronounce “hand in cap” in English

It was for one week called Handicapped in Action, and then we changed it to Disabled in Action, because the word handicapped actually is a beggar's term--hand in cap. One shouldn't dwell on language because I think one of the issues also going on in the disability world isnon-disabled people-- I don't use the word able-bodied people.
