How to pronounce “gleason” in English

It's like Jackie Gleason and Fred Flintstone smushed together into one weird person.

So Steve started a group called Team Gleason.

But one of the groups I work with right now is a group called Team Gleason.

So it's kind of a new age version of my good friend Steve Gleason's voice.
