How to pronounce “giblet” in English

I always go in and get the, the packet of giblets 'cause I love a chicken liver and make a little shirred egg and chicken liver lunch for myself.And there's the neck and the giblets and you, -- I either freeze them until I have a big pot of them or if I need just a little bit of broth, put that in a pot and boil it up;and then you have some cold chicken for lunch and then you can make some of those wonderful old fashioned dishes, I think of them.
