So I see fatigue as happening at three levels.
Then there's fatigue due to sleep loss.
What is your fatigue factor?
We got this pandemic fatigue.

So our bodies fatigue when we work out, when we go for a run.
We about physical fatigue, but our minds fatigue as well.
You're a little fatigued.

And that is fatiguing, it leads to early burnout, and it also creates what researchers call role conflict.
Or is there fatigue after a while that you get tired, or you start getting numb to the perceptions?
The symptom is fatigue.
We refer to adrenal fatigue more properly as HPA axis dysfunction.
So people with fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, depression
and feeling more fatigued than if you'd done one thing at a time.
But the fatigue that comes from always showing up for people who never show up for you, on that day, I was not feeling the need to be uniting with anybody.
So chronic fatigue syndrome would be the end stage of that process.
Why did Fatima get stuck?
It gets fatigued. The neurons actually get fatigued.
Cut through the outrage fatigue, the numbness, the noise, to try to do stories that stay with people and do make change.
Your mind is creating fatigue.
One is to reduce fatigue.
You're having adrenal fatigue.
But with adrenal fatigue on top of it, the issue is compounded in multiples.
That also means that fatigue is a huge issue with brain injury patients and can sometimes last the whole rest of their lives.
Because it causes fatigue and it's not good.
