How to pronounce “esotropia” in English

I had esotropia which meant that when I looked with one eye the other eye turned in.

Which is, incidentally is the same period of time when infantile esotropia- crossed eyes- first develops.

Or, if youíre like I was, and had infantile esotropia, they don't develop.
