All right, so the first thing that struck me reading this book-- I have to show it again because it's beautiful. It was the fact that you and Diane were co-CEOs for so long. I feel like that's really unusual.
Yeah, we think this collaboration philosophy is so important, this co-collaboration policy. In fact throughout our firm-- not just Diane and me, but throughout our firm, most of our offices and practice areas are co-led. We believe that this collaboration is really, really important.
And that's a big task to take on. And so we're creating-- Diane and I just spoke, for example, at COP28 in Dubai, where we talked about how materials and embodied carbon are so important to the built environment.
