How to pronounce “cyclothymia” in English

I was first diagnosed with clinical anxiety and depression and overlying that all with what they now call bipolar II--back then it was called cyclothymia-- when I was 19 years old.And so I've spent my entire adult life, my whole business life, managing pretty serious mental health challenges at times.
