How to pronounce “cutlet” in English

There's shio, which is the salt based ramen, shoyu, which is the soy sauce based ramen, tonkotsu, which is a pork bone based ramen,not to be confused with tonkatsu, which tonkatsu is a breaded pork cutlet.And oftentimes, I am served tonkotsu, and the server will say, here's your tonkatsu.
