How to pronounce “compliancy” in English

XBRL has been equated almost exclusively and this a big theme of this conference in Montreal,with regulatory compliancy which is the kiss of death. If there is a tool that has to be used to comply with regulation nobody in their right mind is going to use it otherwise. Now,here is the cool thing.
