So they meet the person where they are, and then depending on how coachable or teachable in what they want, then being able to allow them--

Even though my coach was my husband, I had to always remain coachable.

But of course, all of this depends on us being coachable.

So yes, there's a lot of sort of crossover traits-- discipline, focus, teamwork, being coachable.
