That's one of the things they cover in the show. The character Cassie seems almost like a cross between like Elayne Boosler and Sandra Bernhard or something, at least with the struggles of the women back then. Right, right. I think it's mostly-- I mean, they-- in the show, she's the only woman who's among them.
Because when I looked at the research on human longevity, on what causes us to live a long time, as much as I'd like to think that it's these crazy workouts that I make Cassie do or the kale cleanse that I did last year or whatever it was, the number two characteristic is actually close social ties. And the number one after genetics is social integration, that we feel like we're part of a community.
What would you say to those folks? So if I reported to Cassie , it's tempting to want to seem like I have everything put together and I don't need any support.

But if I begin to introduce these incredible people to each other, it actually brings them closer to me. So the more friends, Cassie , that me and you share, the more likely we are to have a positive impact on each other. And there was this wonderful research by Nicholas Christakis and James Fowler.
What would you say to those folks? Research has shown that if I go to Cassie and I ask her for her advice, she actually thinks I'm really smart for doing it

And the Avengers Campus is the same way. Sure, you've got the Pym Test Kitchen and the Worldwide Engineering Brigade which Cassie was already involved in, so it's natural to include Ant-Man and the Wasp and some of the WEB kids like Peter Parker.
But it actually goes the other way. When I throw out a vulnerability signal, I say, Cassie , at the end of class, oh my god, that was so hard. I don't know how I kept up with that.
