So every day, I learn something new.But I just find that it adds this level of umami brininess that is really nice to have.

Squid ink, not a lot of flavor necessarily in it.You're not gonna necessarily get this super brininess, but you definitely get this color, which kind of associate with.More so just going to add all these together.
