It's not going to be boeuf Bourguignon that takes four hours to cook.

I would have known the difference between boeuf bourguignon and boeuf a la mode.

And so this is basically Boeuf Bordelaise.

My food is not-- if you're expecting to find in the book things like blanquette de veau or boeuf Bourguignon or those kind of very traditional food
