How to pronounce “body blow” in English

For me, it was such a body blow that I picked up, I came back to Massachusetts, left Mass Equality,

which truly was a horrible, awful thing that was-- and it was a real body blow to our movement

But there was enough other good stuff going on in the economy that it wouldn't be much of a body blow to the economy.
