So I used to hate the word Asian food, or Asian cuisine, because, really, there is no Asian cuisine-- Korean food is definitely different

And I was doing Pan Asian cuisine there.

and also really to drive the conversation on how Asian cuisine will be evolving in the city and beyond.

And I'm not trying to say I'm the white knight of Asian cuisine, here, but I think when you want to point out what people are doing wrong,

And it really-- what it is is it was an invention of basically trying to acclimate Asian cuisine
