It is such a rich text, so let's unpack a little bit.And soHigher level order of answer, the answer is myth.
So also provide some space and grace just because they are a "quote-unquote" student. And so
And again, you know, cuts differently depending on where you are and what you do.And so,
She also-- Jessie Rob is our other choreographer. And so--

But for the most part, unfortunately, they do end in some kind of violence. And so--
and why they are a human being and they are entitled to be treated like a human being, and punished if necessary if it's appropriate. And so--
My sister Brooke wrote my book with me, or was the writer of the book. And so--And Brooke, give us a wave.
So I've been an entrepreneur for five years. And so--Here are some lessons that I've learned while being an entrepreneur for five years.
Where is the wisdom going to come from in this brave new world? And so I want to talk about a different kind of AI.I want to talk about the AI that's absolutely necessary for us to give our children the future they deserve.
Now the future is written in code, in Silicon Valley. And so there has to be a new deal, a new agreement, a new social contract between Big Tech and human beings. But right now, we're not on path to doing that.
You want to multiply friends. And so any politics that has us calling people out and multiplying enemies is not consistent with Ancestral Intelligence. And so both sides have to come back to the table and create a new world, a new human civilization that is human and is civilized.
And so any politics that has us calling people out and multiplying enemies is not consistent with Ancestral Intelligence. And so both sides have to come back to the table and create a new world, a new human civilization that is human and is civilized. What would it look like?
It would look like hope. And so what I want to say to you, in closing, is this.On the tech side, a little less greed and speed.
If we put those two things together, what we'll have is a movement that has so much magic and so much genius, and so much hope and so much love, and so much power that what we create out of that will, believe it or not, someday be the Ancestral Intelligence for our children.
If you look closely, you see that there are five points where the gradient is zero. And so Lagrange realized the forces there are also zero, which means that at each of these points, you could place a tiny third bodyand it would maintain a perfectly stable orbit.
- Because as one pendulum is swinging, it provides the attachment point for the pendulum hanging below it.And so that pendulum is in this moving reference frame as it's swinging.- But if you pluck the kinetic and potential energy into the Euler-Lagrange Equation, then you can quickly get to a solution at least numerically.
So the best we've got are computer simulations, which compute the potentials from moment to moment, and use that to predict how the system will evolve in time.- And so that's where we come to realize that the three-body problem is beautiful for what it's taught us.Even though we now recognize that we can't actually solve for this exact problem as many folks had hoped to do.
- Thanks to each of these, you could now solve problems much easier. And so ever since, professional physicists often use potentials instead of forces or fields to solve the problems they're working on.Potentials even show up in some of our best physical theories of the universe.
would remain unchanged. In fact, we can add any constant, 10, a hundred, a million, and the field doesn't change. And so the forces an object would experience going around it also don't change. There are an infinite number of ways we could write the gravitational potential for any gravitational field and get the system to evolve in the same way.
It seemed that Bohm was destined for obscurity. And so Oppenheimer gave him a firm recommendation, leave the country and start fresh somewhere else.Oppenheimer was no stranger to political persecution, and he didn't want Bohm to suffer the same fate.
The phase of the electrons changes in the same way across both beams, regardless of whether they pass above or below the solenoid. And so you get an interference pattern that looks like this. But when the solenoid is turned on, well, there is still no magnetic field because it's confined entirely within the coil, but there is a magnetic potential.
- And that's showing, throwing no shade on their colleague who did these cool experiments. And so right now we're saying either the potentials are real or fields are acting non-locally.
literal havens of peace and security and closeness to God.And so the fact that the Vikings hit this place of all places you could hit was the worst, the most terrifying kind of offense against medieval sensibilities.- So there's a kind of line that you understand you don't cross. Like, everybody agrees.
show that they were, you know, worthy of forgiveness or, or whatever. And so they would donate huge sums to the church. I think, you know, by the time of the French Revolution, which is obviously way in the future, the Church is the largest single landowner in France. I mean, the monasteries where... These, these monasteries filled with monks who had taken vows of poverty
outlined. And all sitting there, easy pickings for people who've just developed the keel.- And so the word of the raids sent terror through, through England and through Europe. How much of the raids were reconnaissance, and how much was it just raids, and how much was it preparing for greater scale?
not have fasted. And I want you to come without a companion, but not alone."And so she shows up with a dog. She doesn't have a companion, but she's not alone. She's taken a bite out of an onion, so she's eaten. She hasn't fasted, but she hasn't had a meal. And then she has very long hair, and so she's using the hair to cover herself. So she has no clothes- - Oh, she shows up naked, but she's-
- That's right, yeah.- And so it's not even- It's just part of the culture, it's part- - That's right - ... the honor culture.- Men die, but names live forever.
right now under democracy. And so as Quazi put it, they veryunderstandably ask what has democracy
And we know that antidepressants, SSRIs are the most common antidepressant prescribed, increase serotonin. And so they think that what we're doing is we're fixing depression by increasing serotonin. But that's not the whole story.
They don't work quickly. And so why do they take weeks to work? And that's the part that we really don't know.
So if it was simply fixing, it should happen quickly. And so while again, they're incredibly important treatments, they are life saving. And if you're on an SSRI, you should continue to take your SSRI.
We didn't even know it was possible to have an antidepressant effect that rapidly. And so people have been studying why. What is this rapid effect?
It's really been studied in individuals that don't respond to SSRIs, because not everyone responds. And so it sounds pretty remarkable, but it's important to mention up front that ketamine does have risks. And as with any drug, if it's not used correctly or given at very high levels, it can have adverse effects.
And we think that's what's driving the antidepressant effect. And so as we've been studying this and trying to understand, OK, what does this mean? How does this work?
As we continue to study ketamine, there are many different aspects that we're looking at.And so, you know, with this diagram, we're showing two nerve cells and just a neurotransmitter in this case ketamine, actually, which targets the glutamate system.
All we're trying to do is to tap in to the brain's ability to change. And so where are we going with this?Well, ketamine, as I've told you, is a really remarkable treatment.
And that, again, is what we think the response is.And so as we continue to study ketamine, we and other labs, we're trying to understand how can we make this better? How can we make this safer to work for more people?
The very process by which we train these AIs is taking the data off the internet, which is from humans, post-training them with human feedback, and so we're essentially baking in the cognitive biases and the flawed reasoning of humans into these future engines of discovery. So the conclusion is in some sense obvious.
And so now fortification is not a nice-to-have, it is a basic human right.
And so, my machine didn't work there. I had to go back to the drawing board. I spent an entire year on this dirt floor
And so again, we turned to technology.

And so, we're about 24 months away from our original goal of reaching 100 million people.
And so, line of sight is there and as you approach a goal or achieve a dream, you got to start thinking bigger.
And so this is not somebody else's problem.
And so what I did was say -- we actually started this with the governor in New York -- "Why don't we build the next generation of digital wellness activist athletes?"
And so what I believe is that we have to put young people at the center, but we also have to educate all stakeholders.
And so I want the next generation of young people to know that it is possible, and that when social media is used as a tool, it can change the world.
And so what we need to figure out is how do we preserve the part of us that makes us human.
