The feeling of aloneness and isolation that so many of us have exacerbates shame.

So if loneliness and aloneness are not the same thing, then what is loneliness?

and understandable, and what parts of me kind of exist in aloneness.

and that in many ways, we're choosing this aloneness.

And I'm frankly very introverted and like to be behind the scenes so that loneliness, or that being aloneness, is something that I kind of grew up with.
