How to pronounce “abraid” in English

They keep up with each other maybe with email and text, maybe with Skype or FaceTime.But the idea of having say a dozen different creams for every different part of their parent's or uncle's body so not to abraid their delicate skin is probablyvery unusual here. Interestingly when I talk about these anecdotes, it's to enliven in the story.
