Just recently we put out a blog post in the AAPI Data, and also created infographics, showing how the proposed cuts to family visas

So what do you guys see as the main barriers for how we get more AAPIs in public service and elected office?

And in terms of the AAP guidelines in terms of how much your child needs on a daily basis,

And I always tell people this it's funny because-- and this kind of ties into AAPI month.

And I'd always hope that when I got older, the next generation of AAPIs wouldn't have to be held back by these things

So when I'm out there and I'm walking with-- during the BLM movement or at a protest with an AAPI,

I mean, there have been almost 4,000 documented cases of harassment and violence towards AAPIs over the last 15 months.

When I was in university at Northwestern, nobody said AAPI, and I had a joke about this-- I have a podcast.

So this is the first time that we've put together a panel like this of AAPIs kind of in the food industry in the Bay Area.

The other thing, just to cite some statistics-- so the AAPI community has the highest rates of citizenship

In Congress, we've moved from 13 members to 18 members who are AAPI, Including now three, count of three Asian-American women in the Senate,

I think that the other thing that just want to remind people-- we don't have an AAPI Supreme Court Justice.

And then we're going to go and continue that conversation on the Latina experience and then AAPI, and then we'll get into some of the intersectionality of microaggressions

But at the same time, it's also kind of sobering to realize, like, wow, even in this day and age, the representation of AAPIs in the media

And we just talked about all those different things that are affecting, whether it's marketing in the media, AAPI Hate, BLM, and everything in between.

Yeah, absolutely, and I think at times like this unfortunately, with all the hate that's been going on in the AAPI community, sometimes,

So in the food industry, and in the fashion, and possibly tech, you actually see very strong representation for AAPIs in those industries, right?
